Help for Caregivers

If you help a family member with picking up groceries, rides to the doctor, fixing meals and other chores around the house, you are a caregiver. Family caregivers who try to do it all often risk their own health and well-being while helping out their loved one.

Caregiver TeleConnection

Caregiver TeleConnection is a series of no-cost, confidential telephone learning sessions on specific caregiver topics offered in English or Spanish where you can get expert advice and learn from other caregivers by simply calling the number provided at registration. These sessions are usually an hour in length.

Go to www.caregiversos.org/caregiver-teleconnection (Opens in new window) or call toll free 1-866-390-6491 to see a calendar of upcoming sessions or register to become a member at no cost.
