We are excited to inform you that the MyHealthTeam application has a new look and is now called MyHealthLightNow.
Beginning July 28, you will not be able to log in to the MyHealthTeam application. You will need to uninstall the application and install the MyHealthLightNow application on your mobile device. We apologize for this inconvenience and appreciate you completing this step so that we can continue to provide you with excellent telemedicine services through our digital platforms.
The new application is available from the App Store or Google Play. Your scheduled visits, username and password will remain the same – you will not need to re-register or re-enter any of your information.
To get started, visit www.myhealthlightnow.com (Opens in new window) or download the app from the Apple App Store (Opens in new window) or Google Play (Opens in new window) and sign up for an account. After registering, you can schedule an appointment through your clinic for things like colds, flus, and allergies. Once your telehealth appointment is scheduled by the clinic, you will receive reminders that prompt you to log in at the time of your appointment.

If you need to see a provider immediately, On Demand telemedicine services are available 24/7/365 to eligible UnitedHealthcare Medicare Advantage plan patients in Texas and some parts of New Mexico.
