Help for family caregivers

If you help a family member with picking up groceries, rides to the doctor, fixing meals and other chores around the house, you are a family caregiver. Family caregivers who try to do it all often risk their own health and well-being while helping out their loved one.

Did you know:

  • Caregivers are twice as likely to have health problems as non-caregivers?
  • Up to 70% of caregivers suffer from depression and/or isolation?
  • Caregiving can be expensive because the caregiver helps to pay for expenses and may not be able to work?

Caregiver SOS

Caregiver SOS offers services at no charge that help family caregivers to continue caring and living well. Services are offered through our trained Caregiver SOS staff who provide wellness activities, information, support, and education in our Caregiver SOS resource centers and community locations near you. In addition to local programming, services are offered virtually through our Caregiver Teleconnection program. To find our more information, contact us at 1-866-390-6491 or via our website, www.caregiversos.org.
