Do I have to pay to get access to the Patient Portal and healow app?

Access to our Portal and the healow app is completely free. We share this information with our patients to give them access to their health records and help them make better healthcare decisions.

Is having online access secure?

Yes – your information is protected with secure encryption and multi-factor authentication. You’ll use your own unique username and password, or pin and will always be asked to verify your identity for additional security.

What can I access through the healow mobile app and Patient Portal?

Through the healow Mobile App and Patient Portal, you can:

  • View upcoming appointments
  • See after-visit summaries and lab results
  • Request prescription refills
  • Send and receive secure messages with your care team
  • Update personal and insurance information

What if I need technical assistance?

The Patient Portal and healow app have built-in tools to help with common issues, like resetting your password or retrieving your username.

I forgot my login or password. How can I reset or obtain new login credentials?

The app and our portal allow you to reset your username and/or password. You can also call your clinic and they can reset the username and/or password for you.

How do I sign up?

You can sign up through your clinic. They’ll confirm your identity, collect your email, and ask you to complete a brief form. After that, you’ll receive an email with instructions to create your password and activate your account.
