Biography

Jolly Jose, MD completed medical school at Kottayam Medical College, an internal medicine residency at Illinois Masonic Medical Center and a fellowship at Lutheran General Hospital. She is board-certified by ABIM. Her philosophy is to treat patients as family.

Dr. Jose chose to pursue a career in medicine because she was passionate about helping people. She was drawn to internal medicine, particularly geriatrics because she enjoyed a close relationship with her own grandparents. Dr. Jose was born in India and currently lives in Tampa. She is married, with two daughters. She loves being a physician and has inspired both daughters to pursue medical careers. In her free time, she enjoys outdoor activities, walking and exercising. Clinically, she has a specific interest in treating asthma, arthritis, COPD, depression, diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, menopause, musculoskeletal conditions and thyroid disorders, among others.
