Biography

Matthew Parrish, DO, treats every patient as if they are a family or friend. His goal is to put every patient’s best health interests first.

Dr. Parrish decided to pursue a career in health care to help others improve their lives. The specialty of family medicine allows him to care for his entire community. Dr. Parrish attended medical school at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine Bradenton and completed a residency at Larking Community Hospital. He is board-certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. His favorite part of his role as a physician is seeing his patients improve their health.

Dr. Parrish was born and raised in Orlando, Florida, but now resides in Tampa, Florida. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family and his dogs. Dr. Parrish has a special interest in helping patients manage chronic conditions such as heart disease, diabetes or COPD.
