Prachi Italiya, DO

Prachi Italiya, DO, takes a patient-centered approach to care, ensuring patients are involved in making decisions regarding their health.

Dr. Italiya received her medical degree from the Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed a residency through the Christus Spohn Hospital Family Medicine Residency Program. From a young age, she was driven toward the sciences and felt a strong calling to make a difference in the lives of others. Her grandparents were also a big influence in her upbringing, drawing her toward a specialty in geriatrics. Dr. Italiya is board-certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.

Dr. Italiya was born in India but raised in the Dallas-Fort Worth area of Texas. Today, she resides in Corpus Christi, Texas. In her free time, she enjoys gardening, spending time with her family and friends, traveling, exercising and attending local festivals. She is married with one son.
