How does it work?

The WellMed clinical program team offers live calls to your provider to help you schedule appointments. We also offer real-time calls to your pharmacy to help you request medication refills and set up home delivery of medications.

We may help you save money on your medications by connecting you with available programs or offering a live pharmacy consultation. Additionally, our social workers can help connect you with community resources in your area.
